OMG Sykes 5015 Woods Creek Rd, Monroe, WA 98272 Establishment of a Tier 3 marijuana production and processing facility with a 16,000 square foot canopy. The facility is composed of six rooms with 1,640 square feet of canopy and five greenhouses with 6,800 square feet of canopy, containing the production and processing of marijuana. Odors and organic emissions from the production and processing in each room and greenhouse will be controlled through activated carbon filtration systems. 10/20/21 John Dawson

A similarly sized temporary boiler will be positioned in same general location to allow the facility to operate until the existing boiler is repaired. Anticipate that repairs with take 4 to 6 weeks.
