[ARCHIVED] ASKO Processing Inc - Proposed Regulatory Order No. 12318 Public Comment

ASKO Processing Inc
 434 N 35th St

Seattle, WA 98103

The Puget Sound Clean Air Agency is providing public notice for a proposed Regulatory Order for ASKO Processing Inc. to limit emissions of 1-Bromopropane, an EPA listed hazardous air pollutant, to less than 9.5 tons per 12-month rolling period. This proposed action is not an approval to increase emissions at the facility.

The Agency has completed a review of application No. 12318. Based on this review, the Agency has made a preliminary determination that the proposal meets all the requirements of Regulations I, II, and III, and draft Order No. 12318 should be approved.
