Board of Directors

Our Board of Directors represents you. The Board is made up of elected officials from each of our four counties, representatives from the largest city in each county, and a member for the Public-at-Large.

Board meetings are open to the public and are usually held on the fourth Thursday of each month. The meetings are hybrid and can be attended online via the Zoom platform and at our offices in downtown Seattle. Typical exceptions to this are during the holiday months of November and December, when meetings are held on the third Thursday of the month, and August when there is no meeting. PSCAA’s Code of Conduct is applicable to all who wish to provide comment or testimony to PSCAA’s Board of Directors.
