At the Puget Sound Clean Air Agency, we are committed to fostering cleaner air and reducing greenhouse gas emissions to protect public health. Our Community Sponsorship Program offers support to organizations and events that align with our mission to preserve, protect and enhance air quality and public health, enforce the Clean Air Act, support policies that reduce climate change, and partner with communities to do this work equitably.  

We sponsor events and projects that align with these goals within our jurisdiction. The maximum sponsorship amount under this program is $10,000, with the average sponsorship about $5,000. To ensure equitable opportunities for applicants, each organization may apply for one sponsorship per fiscal year; however, sponsorship is not guaranteed.

Our sponsorship program is an ongoing initiative offering funding or staff assistance to amplify the impact of your event or project.  To see if your project is aligned with our goals and objectives, view our 2030 Strategic Plan. 

Who Can Apply?

We are looking for partnerships with organizations and events that: 

• Align with our air quality and climate protection objectives. 
• Benefit overburdened communities that face disproportionate environmental challenges.
• Serve the communities within King, Kitsap, Pierce or Snohomish counties.
