Puget Sound Clean Air Agency (the Agency) is seeking comments on proposed Order to Rescind No. 12408 for Mikron Industries Inc./Quanex located at 1034 6th Ave N., Kent, WA 98032. This facility no longer conducts spray coating operations previously permitted by the Agency that resulted in releases of hazardous air pollutants that could potentially have been above major source levels. Therefore, the Agency is rescinding the Order limiting hazardous air pollutant emissions since it is no longer needed. There are no new air emission sources or air emission increases associated with this action.

The Agency will accept comments on this proposed Order starting January 26, 2024 until February 26, 2024.
