The Puget Sound Clean Air Agency is providing public notice for a proposed Regulatory Order for ASKO Processing Inc. to limit emissions of 1-Bromopropane, an EPA listed hazardous air pollutant, to less than 9.5 tons per 12-month rolling period. This proposed action is not an approval to increase emissions at the facility.
The draft Order is a Regulatory Order reviewed under PSCAA Regulation I 3.03(f) and would provide the applicant with a federally enforceable emission limit formally establishing it as a minor source of air pollution. This notice is published pursuant to WAC 173-400-091 and WAC 173-400-171(3)(k).
PRELIMINARY DETERMINATION
The Agency has completed a review of application No. 12318. Based on this review, the Agency has made a preliminary determination that the proposal meets all the requirements of Regulations I, II, and III, and draft Order No. 12318 should be approved.
